Hi, my name is Carmen! I am a dedicated and enthusiastic elementary school teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, as well as an additional 10 years of nannying experience. My background has given me a deep understanding of child development, classroom dynamics, and how to create a nurturing environment where children feel encouraged to grow and succeed. I bring fun and energy into everything I do—both inside and outside the classroom. Whether I’m leading a creative lesson or enjoying a swim on the weekend, I believe in staying active, positive, and engaged. I’m passionate about helping young learners build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning. One of the things I love most about teaching is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s life. Every day offers the chance to inspire, connect, and celebrate the unique potential of each student. I also value the strong relationships I build with families, working together to support each child’s academic and emotional growth. Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, spending quality time with my family, and finding joy in the little moments. Teaching is not just my profession—it’s truly my calling.
