Nava is absolutely fantastic! As noted in her profile, she is very kind and thoughtful. Upon booking, she immediately contacted me via text to share how excited she was to meet our family. We also used this time to discuss plans in advance of her arriving at our home. My 5 year old daughter instantly loved her. Nava was professional, timely, and courteous. She was also great with our large dog, who instantly loved her too. Throughout the evening she provided text updates and was super flexible when our event wound up lasting longer than planned. Nava is an outstanding communicator. Our daughter has already asked if she could come back every week - I consider that a five star review! Thank you so much Nava!
