My name is Adrienne Leon, and I am a college freshman pursuing a career as a neonatal nurse. I have over 3 years of childcare experience with children ranging from infants to grade school, providing safe, engaging, and nurturing care. In addition to babysitting for neighbors and family friends, I have volunteered at community centers and served as a peer mentor, which strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
