Hi families! 👋 My name is Tierra Allen, and I have several years of experience working with children of all ages. I started out as an afterschool assistant at an elementary school, worked as a teacher and front desk administrator at a preschool, and I’ve also spent time helping in classrooms and childcare settings. In addition to that, I’ve cared for little ones in both group and one-on-one settings, giving me a strong background in everything from play-based learning to keeping routines on track. I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy helping kids feel safe, supported, and encouraged.
