I have over 20 years experience in childcare. I have 5 children ages from 25-12. 4 girls and 2 boys. I also have 3 grandchildren ages 6,3, 1week. I am very hands on. I love to teach kids but in a fun way that they understand. I believe in positive guidance to teach the child acceptable behavior and self control, not punishment.
