My name is Akera Hardy, I’m 18 years old, and I’m very interested in this position because I truly love working with children. Ever since I was young, I’ve enjoyed caring for my younger siblings and baby cousins, and that experience has given me patience, responsibility, and a natural connection with kids. Being around children makes me happy, and I’ve always known that I wanted to pursue a role where I can help, support, and bring joy to them as they grow.
