Beulah

Hello, My name is Beulah and I love working and being around children since I was about 13. My childcare journey began in 2018 when I started helping family friends care for their children, ages 2 and 4. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed working with kids—their energy, creativity, and curiosity are things I’ve always connected with. From there, I transitioned to volunteering with my church from 2018 to 2020, where I cared for children as young as 1 year old during Sunday services and special events. That experience gave me a strong foundation in managing small groups of children, engaging them in Bible-based learning, arts and crafts, and helping with essentials like diaper changes, snacks, and quiet time. After a brief pause from formal childcare work, I returned to the field in February 2024 with Saving Grace, an agency that primarily staffs sitters for churches across Texas. Through them, I’ve gained further experience in both group settings and private home care. I’ve worked with children of various ages and backgrounds, and I pride myself on being nurturing, responsible, and adaptable to each family’s specific needs.
