I am an experienced childcare provider with over 15 years of experience. I currently work with children in various settings and I am passionate about developing children's mental, emotional, and cognitive abilities. I have 6 years of experience working with children that have special needs, autism, cerebral palsy, and children who are developmentally delayed. When I work with toddlers, babies and children with delayed speech, I teach them sign language to help them communicate. This is just one of the many strategies I use to help children develop their capabilities.
