Hi! My name is Vicky Vasquez, and I’m a passionate childcare professional with a background in early childhood and special education. I was born and raised in Chicago and have spent my entire life here, building strong roots in the numerous communities and working closely with children and families. I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and spent five amazing years working as a preschool/ special education teacher with Chicago Public Schools. During that time, I supported a diverse group of learners, created engaging lesson plans, and built nurturing environments where every child could thrive. Although I recently made a career shift into recruiting, I deeply miss working directly with children and being part of their daily growth and development. Babysitting allows me to stay connected to my passion by caring for and supporting young children in a meaningful way. I aim to bring a calm, patient, and positive energy to every family I work with. My teaching background helps me create fun, educational, and safe experiences for kids of all ages and kids with all needs!
