Hello, my name is baileigh kersey. I have 2 years of experience working with children of various ages, ranging from infants to school-aged kids. During this time, I have worked for family friends and others provided part-time care, i can also do full time, which included creating engaging activities, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining safe daily routines. I’m skilled at fostering a positive, nurturing environment and adapting to each child’s individual needs and personalities. I also have experience with helping with homework, managing bedtime routines, planning creative play. Families I’ve worked with have valued my reliability, patience, and ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents. My goal is always to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children can grow and thrive.
