Ariah

My name is Ariah but you can call me Ari. I’m a young and passionate woman who love adventurous activities, art & crafts, music, and traveling. I have several years of experience in childcare and very eager about being a motivating and supporting role model for young children. I’ve worked in preschools, churches, and daycares, and babysat kids ranging from newborn to 10 year olds. I even have a fun and active 2 year old at home. I will change diapers and take extra time to help children in potty training. I will play with blocks, tag, legos, hide and seek, dress up, dance parties, walks, and any other indoor/outdoor activities/games with the children. I’ve assisted lead teachers in supporting classroom activities and maintaining a safe, educational, and nurturing environment. Worked on preparation of daily activities, meal and sleep preparation, monitored children during indoor and outdoor activities. I am also a beginner in Spanish and ASL (American Sign Language) and willing to teach the little ones. I’m very active and attentive with children giving them a welcoming space where they can be themselves. I’ve worked with autistic children and other kids with disabilities; and I pledge to make them feel comfortable and safe. I’m very patient and will go above and beyond to communicate with the parents and kids. I’ve been trained in CPR by AHA (American Heart Association) but I am NOT CERTIFIED. I am working on getting my certification soon! I look for to working with you and your kiddos.
