I’ve had hands-on childcare experience through babysitting my younger cousins. I was responsible for their safety, entertainment, and meals. I also kept written records of what they did and when, which helped me stay organized and allowed me to keep their parents updated. Additionally, I worked as a counselor at my church’s youth club. I supervised children during group activities, taught lessons through a lesson plan, and provided guidance and support in a positive, encouraging environment.
