I’m Pk 3 Teacher with young children typically ages 4-8 and focus on foundational learning. Their main duties include: Instruction & Curriculum: Teaching early literacy, math concepts, social-emotional skills, and basic science/social studies through age-appropriate activities, play-based learning, and structured lessons. Classroom Management: Creating a safe, nurturing environment where young children can explore and learn. This includes establishing routines, managing behavior positively, and fostering independence. Assessment & Documentation: Observing children’s development, tracking progress on learning objectives, and communicating with parents about their child’s growth.
