Gizl

Hi! My name is Gizl, and I’m a third-year student at the University of Texas at Austin. I’ve always loved working with kids, since I have two younger siblings who are 7 and 8 years younger than me, and I’ve helped take care of them for years, from homework help to meals and playtime. Outside of my family, I also volunteer weekly at Paredes Middle School, where I help teach English to ESL students. That experience has taught me patience, creativity, and how to communicate effectively with children of different ages and backgrounds. I’m responsible, caring, and fun to be around; whether it’s helping with schoolwork, playing games, or keeping a consistent routine, I always make sure kids feel safe and supported while having a good time!
