I work closely with each child to meet them where they are, helping them build confidence, communication skills, and independence at their own pace. Over the years, I’ve worked in homes, schools, and community settings, and what has remained constant is my passion for nurturing and supporting children. I value routines, calm communication, positive reinforcement, and making learning fun. Most importantly, I focus on building trust and genuine connection with both the child and the family.
