Hi, I'm Nya!! I am the oldest of three younger siblings. This taught me skills like flexibility, patience, and compassion. I often helped by cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and with pick up/drop off. I enjoy getting to understand the different personalities children have. I think connection is so important! When you get to know the child, you can nurture them better. I have worked with infants, toddlers, and school ages. I worked in the play center and soothed, fed, changed, and entertained babies. I got to witness connection firsthand as a camp counselor for three years. I managed big groups of kids, led activities(crafts and indoor/outdoor activities), and problem solved all while remaining calm, kind, and punctual. I lead activities for educational and emotional development(STEAM, SEL, etc.) I also got to meet and interact with parents during pick up each day which I always enjoyed! If I am able to bring more ease and balance to your life, I'm doing my job. I look forward to hearing from you! I'm a full time nanny, so availability is mainly weekends:)
