While I began babysitting as a young teen, my professional experience working with children began in 2014 when I joined the school district. Since then, I have worked closely with babies/children/students in a variety of roles, creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments that support their learning, growth, and confidence. I also raised three children of my own, who are now kind, capable, and successful adults—and I am now a first time grandma. Motherhood has deeply shaped my understanding of children’s needs and emotional development, and it continues to inspire the care, patience, and encouragement I bring to every child I work with.
