Hi! My name is Jamya Copeland I am 25 years old and along with being a parent of 2 boys myself, I bring a well-rounded background in childcare. I currently work in my church’s nursery, where I care for infants and young children in a safe, calm, and nurturing environment. My experience goes back to my teenage years, when I regularly babysat for families in my community. I also spent a summer working as a camp counselor, planning activities, supervising groups of children, and helping create a fun, structured atmosphere. These combined experiences have given me a strong understanding of children’s needs at different stages, as well as a patient, dependable, and compassionate approach to care. I love supporting families and helping children feel safe, happy, and engaged. My oldest son also has Autism so I am aware and trained in how to deal with any needs.
