My background includes serving as a Lead Teacher in early childhood education, where I developed strong skills in creating nurturing, structured environments that support children’s development and well-being. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently provided reliable childcare for families, building lasting relationships based on trust and clear communication. My experience extends to church nursery settings, where I’ve cared for children of various ages while maintaining safe, engaging spaces for play and learning. I understand the importance of meeting each child where they are developmentally, building positive relationships with families, and maintaining open lines of communication about their child’s day and any concerns.
