Hi, I’m Hailey Calvin! I’m a motivated, caring, and dependable individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. I love working in environments where teamwork, patience, and clear communication matter—especially when it comes to supporting children. I’m currently a college student majoring in nursing, and my schedule is fairly flexible. I have hands-on childcare experience from working with a children’s party planning company, where I assisted with setting up and breaking down event equipment, supervising kids, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. I also babysit for families in my neighborhood and for family friends. These experiences have strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while teaching me how to create a fun, safe, and encouraging atmosphere for kids. I’m excited to bring energy, compassion, and reliability to any childcare role.
