Hello, My name is Constignia Banks. I appreciate the opportunity. I have a passion for helping and nurturing. I have over 35 years of experience working with children of all ages including individuals that have “additional needs.” I have a son who was diagnosed with Autism and Epilepsy! I have watched a plethora of children over the years while working in-home services, supportive on outings, nanny duties and in centers. Babies placed on their backs to sleep and do a sleep check on children as they sleep. I have a natural patience and understanding for all ages! I love watching them flourish and I love watering their growth. I have many referrals and I am trusted to do my job.
