Hello my name is LaRondra but I do go by Lala as well. I’m 24 years old and I have just about 10 years of experience working with kids, now half of that is not professional experience just babysitting for family, family friends, co-workers & also raising my now 4 year old daughter. The other half is professional experience from working as teacher aides in different childcare centers to working for a nanny/sitter company. Overall I would say I’m pretty well experienced with children of all ages and any race, culture, ethnicity.
