Vanessa was a fantastic addition to our team and welcome back anytime! She communicates professionally and immediately engaged and played hands-on with our children in positive and insightful ways. Her experience working with children was evident. She works well with children, peers and supervisors.

Vanessa was absolutely fantastic! She was highly engaged with the kids from beginning to end and demonstrated natural leadership through her gentle direction and calm presence. She was especially warm and nurturing with the younger children, which made a big difference. Vanessa also stayed flexible and positive when curveballs came our way, handling everything with grace. We would gladly give her the highest rating possible and would love to have her again!
