Vanessa is a great addition to our nursery team. She’s attentive and engaging with children and staff, very professional and compassionate. She understands the developmental needs of children well. Vanessa is always welcome.

Vanessa was absolutely fantastic! She was highly engaged with the kids from beginning to end and demonstrated natural leadership through her gentle direction and calm presence. She was especially warm and nurturing with the younger children, which made a big difference. Vanessa also stayed flexible and positive when curveballs came our way, handling everything with grace. We would gladly give her the highest rating possible and would love to have her again!
