I bring several years of hands on experience working with children in licensed pediatric settings, daycare facilities, in-home care, and church environments. Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in supporting daily routines, promoting positive behavior, and maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. My experience in daycare and pediatric settings has strengthened my ability to manage group care, follow health and safety protocols, and support developmental milestones, while my work in home and church environments has allowed me to provide individualized care, lead engaging activities, and foster strong, positive relationships. I am dedicated to supporting each child’s developmental, emotional, and social growth through attentive care and age-appropriate learning experiences. I take pride in creating a warm, engaging atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and thrive.
