Nikki

Hi, I’m Nikki! I have several years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, and I truly enjoy creating safe, nurturing, and loving environments where children feel comfortable, supported, and valued. I currently work as a Special Education Teacher Assistant, where I support students with diverse learning needs by providing patience, structure, and encouragement throughout their day. This role has strengthened my ability to respond to children with compassion, understanding, and flexibility while meeting them where they are developmentally and emotionally. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve in the church nursery and to care for your little ones with the same level of attentiveness, kindness, and respect. It is important to me that every child feels secure, welcomed, and loved while in my care.
