I am a 19-year-old college student with a strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth. I have been gaining hands-on childcare experience since I was 15, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. Over the years, I have worked in a daycare setting, a church nursery, and provided at-home babysitting for families. These experiences have allowed me to care for children of different ages, manage routines, and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
