I have over three years of hands-on experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting children with diverse developmental needs through patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. This role strengthened my ability to manage behaviors, encourage communication, and create safe, nurturing environments tailored to each child’s needs. Additionally, growing up in a large family has given me lifelong experience in caregiving, responsibility, and adaptability. Together, these experiences have shaped me into a compassionate, dependable, and attentive caregiver who understands the importance of consistency, empathy, and strong communication when working with children and families.
