I am a responsible , energetic, and caring childcare provider with multiple years of experience working with children through my roles as a Camp Counselor and Camp Lead at Methodist Healthcare Ministries. I also have been babysitting since the age of 13, and now at nearly 20, I’ve gained extensive experience caring for infants and toddlers in my family. I’ve developed a trusted and nurturing approach to ensuring their safety and engagement. My background has given me strong skills in supervision, safety, activity planning, and understanding children’s individual needs. As a Camp Counselor in 2023 and 2024, I supervised groups of campers, ensured their safety during field trips, and maintained daily schedules filled with physical activities and group events. I worked closely with coworkers to keep the environment organized, positive, and fun, while staying attentive to each child’s unique personality and needs. In 2025, I stepped into the Camp Lead role, where I oversaw all counselors, ensured schedules were followed, and maintained a professional and fair environment for both staff and campers. I collaborated with fellow leaders to plan activities, kept counselors engaged during class time and field activities, and consistently prioritized camper safety and well‑being. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun.
