I am a dedicated and experienced child care professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages. I began my journey in child care at just 13 years old, which laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for supporting children’s growth and development. I spent 15 years at The Cradle Club, where I proudly worked my way through every role—from aide to Center Director—gaining a deep understanding of early childhood education, family engagement, and program leadership. Currently, I have been with Minneapolis Kids for the past two years as a Family Learning Child Care Provider, where I continue to create nurturing, safe, and engaging environments for children and families. Beyond my professional experience, I am also a mother to two biological daughters, a stepson, a foster daughter, and several bonus children, which further strengthens my ability to care for and connect with children from all walks of life. I am patient, reliable, trustworthy, and a hard worker who leads with heart and purpose. The most rewarding part of working with children is the joy and authenticity they bring each day. I love witnessing their curiosity, celebrating their milestones, and being part of the small moments that light them up. Their laughter, honesty, and resilience constantly remind me to see the world through fresh eyes—and that is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
