Hello, My name is Astrid Alejandra Arias-Barrera, I am a photographer and mixed media artist, and I have always had a strong, natural connection with children. From a young age, I helped care for younger kids in my family and developed a very nurturing, motherly personality. I had to step away from work for a period of time, but I am now ready and excited to return to working with families and children. For the past four years, I have provided childcare on and off for family members, roommates, and friends. Through these experiences, I have learned how to be patient, responsible, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. I am dependable, a quick learner, and very open-minded. I am also happy to help with cooking, cleaning and any other household tasks as needed. I am truly grateful for any opportunity to support a family and provide safe, loving care for their children.
