We had Natalia today for the first time and We couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the moment she arrived, she was warm, patient, and genuinely kind with our kids. She quickly connected with them and kept the engaged. We’re so grateful for such a positive first experience and look forward to having her with our family again.
