I have experience working in education for many years. I currently work as a Special Education staff member at Kohrville Elementary School, where I support students with different learning needs. I assist with behavior management, academic support, and individualized instruction to help each child succeed. I work closely with teachers and parents to ensure students receive the support and encouragement they need to grow both academically and socially. Before this role, I worked as a music teacher, where I used rhythm and creativity to teach children important skills such as focus, coordination, and confidence. Music helped students express themselves and enjoy learning. In addition, I worked as a daycare manager for eight years. I supervised staff, organized daily activities, ensured child safety, and communicated with parents. This experience strengthened my leadership, organization, and childcare skills.
