Hi! I’m a 29-year-old CPA who is excited to transition into work that allows me to spend more time doing what I truly love — caring for and supporting children. Childcare has always been a big part of my life. I was a lifeguard from ages 15–18, and I also grew up babysitting, tutoring, and teaching swim lessons. Working with kids has consistently been the most rewarding part of my experience. During COVID, I cared for and homeschooled my three younger brothers full-time (ages 7 and 8 — including 8-year-old twins). One of my brothers has a learning disability, so I have hands-on experience adapting lessons, practicing patience, and creating individualized support to help children succeed academically and emotionally. In addition to caring for my brothers, I have extensive tutoring experience ranging from kindergarten through college-level students. I love helping children build confidence in their learning and watching them have those “lightbulb moments.” Swimming has also been a lifelong passion of mine. I’ve taught swim lessons for children ages 0–15 and served as an 8-and-under swim coach throughout high school. I nearly pursued collegiate swimming, so water safety and skill development are areas where I’m especially confident. I’m responsible, organized, energetic, and deeply patient. With my professional background, I bring reliability and strong communication skills, and with my childcare background, I bring warmth, structure, and genuine joy in helping children grow.
