Hi! I am a 22-year-old college student currently working toward my degree in Child Psychology, a field I am deeply passionate about. I have been working professionally in childcare since I was 18, beginning my career in daycare settings where I gained extensive experience managing schedules and group dynamics for children up to age 10. I have experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with children on the autism spectrum. This background has provided me with skills in behavioral redirection, patience, and supporting emotional development. While much of my hands-on experience has been with younger children, I am eager and well-prepared to work with older age groups as well. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where your children feel supported and engaged, whether we are working on homework, exploring creative activities, or following a bedtime routine. I am CPR/First Aid certified, have my own reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
