Hi, my name is Ayannah Martinez, and I am a responsible, patient, and compassionate individual with a strong background in working with children. I have experience caring for children in both structured and informal settings, including tutoring, mentoring, and supporting youth through my nonprofit work with Keeping the Bees Busy. Through these roles, I have developed the ability to create safe, engaging, and supportive environments where children feel comfortable and encouraged to grow. My childcare experience includes supervising children of different age groups, helping with homework, organizing educational and recreational activities, and ensuring their overall safety and well being. I am attentive to each child’s individual needs and understand the importance of clear communication with both children and parents. I also focus on promoting positive behavior, emotional support, and confidence building.
