Hi Families ! My name is Mira and I’d love to assist! I bring 5 + years of childcare experience and a true passion for nurturing children through both Montessori inspired practices and child led play. My goal is to integrate morals, education, emotional intelligence, patience, and gentle caregiving into each day so children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. A bit about me and my approach - I love creating enriching experiences outside the home, including trips to the museum, aquarium, parks, and unique spots around town.I am very hands on and love to sing, dance, draw, play music, and make crafts with little ones. .I like to get down on their level and join in the fun while still respecting and encouraging each child’s individuality and independence.I naturally take initiative around the home by keeping the environment used by me clean, sanitized, and organized without being asked. I sanitize toys, sleep spaces, and play areas weekly.I am flexible with family preferences, whether you are screen free or screen friendly, Montessori focused or more traditional. My priority is respecting your values and ensuring that my care aligns with your household.I am happy to assist with light household tasks and family tasks in any way to make life a little easier for you all .I am also pet-friendly and will happily love on your pets and show them care and support as part of the family.Safety is always my top priority. I have a clean driving record, and am comfortable using a provided vehicle, I am comfortable with baby wearing, baby led weaning, and gentle routines.Most importantly, I accept all families with open arms, regardless of beliefs or backgrounds. My goal is that your experience with me is truly the best caregiving experience you have ever had. I want to be more than just a nanny ,I want to be a trusted, supportive extension of your family, someone you can lean on, trust, and appreciate.No ask is too big.
