My name is Destiny Miller, and I am an Active, independent child care professional with a strong commitment to providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for children. I bring hands-on experience working within structured educational environments, having served with Atlanta Public Schools for approximately 1 year after getting my high school diploma at Kipp Atlanta collegiate. In addition, I have gained valuable experience through Childcare Careers, where I have worked as a substitute caregiver, adapting to a variety of childcare settings and age groups. While traveling through different cities in Atlanta. Through these roles, I have developed a solid foundation in child supervision, classroom support, and fostering positive, engaging environments for children’s growth and well-being. while also struggling to find a balance between working with different ages and different behaviors. I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and responsive to the individual needs of each child under my care, while maintaining professionalism and clear communication with families and staff.
