I believe treating children with kindness, patience, and understanding allows me to build relationships that help foster trust and mutual respect. Through the relationship that is built by learning each child and striving to meet their needs, I aim to assist parents in raising children that are compassionate, respectful and productive members of our community. With the work that I do, I hope to strengthen our community by helping parents feel confident that they are their child will be protected, nurtured and encouraged.
