I have developed strong childcare experience through both professional and personal responsibilities. At my dance studio, I have worked with classes of children of various ages, teaching dance while creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment. Managing a class requires patience, clear communication, and the ability to keep children focused, motivated, and supported. I have learned how to adapt to different personalities, encourage teamwork, and handle challenges calmly and responsibly. In addition to teaching, I have also supervised children to ensure their safety and well-being during classes and studio activities. Beyond my studio experience, I have years of hands-on childcare experience from helping raise my now 10-year-old nephew. Since he was young, I regularly babysat him, assisting with daily routines, homework, meals, and playtime. This has strengthened my sense of responsibility, nurturing skills, and ability to build trusting relationships with children and their families.
