I have hands-on childcare experience caring for coworkers’ children on weekends and during travel, ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. I also coached children ages 5–8 in basketball for Crofton focusing on teamwork, skill development, and positive encouragement. I've been a PTA mom for several years. My experiences have strengthened my patience, communication, and ability to manage multiple children while keeping them engaged and supported.
