Hello, my name is Emma Roe, and I am a 21-year-old college student currently pursuing a degree in criminal justice. I bring over five years of babysitting experience, having cared for children since 2017 in both family and private settings. A significant part of my experience comes from helping raise my younger siblings, whom I cared for from infancy through their teenage years. This has given me a strong foundation in supporting children at various developmental stages. I also have experience caring for children with different needs, including my 13-year-old brother with ADHD, which has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to provide structured, attentive care. In addition, I am currently a mother to a seven-month-old baby boy. This has further deepened my understanding of child development, safety, and the importance of creating a nurturing, reliable environment.
