I have over two years of hands-on experience working in childcare through a nonprofit after-school and summer program, where I supported children’s learning, development, and daily activities. In this role, I helped plan and lead engaging activities, ensured a safe and positive environment, and built strong relationships with both children and their families. Prior to this, I volunteered in a similar after-school setting during high school, gaining early experience in mentoring and supervising youth. I am passionate about supporting children’s growth, encouraging creativity, and promoting social and emotional development through structured and fun learning experiences.
