Hello, My name is Rosalind Willimas, and I have a genuine passion for caring for others, especially children and young adults. I bring a combination of professional experience and personal dedication to every caregiving opportunity. I have worked as a substitute teacher with McKinney Independent School District, where I supported students in a structured learning environment and developed strong skills in patient, communication, and classroom management. In addition, during my time in Corporate America, I participated in a mentorship program guiding high school students who were interested in pursuing careers information Technology, which allowed me to positively influence and encourage youth during important stages of their development. On a personal level, I have helped raise my nieces and nephews over the years, giving me hands-on experience with children of different ages and personalities. I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and valued.
