Hi! My name is Ianna, and I have several years of experience working with children in both structured and natural settings. I’ve worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing one-on-one support for children ages 2–10, helping with behavior, communication, and daily routines in a positive and safe environment. I’m comfortable managing different personalities and needs while staying patient, attentive, and encouraging. I also have experience creating fun, engaging activities that support learning and development. I genuinely enjoy building connections with kids and making sure they feel supported, safe, and cared for. I’m reliable, responsible, and passionate about creating a positive experience for both children and families.
