I have hands-on experience caring for children in both church and community settings, where I consistently create safe, nurturing, and structured environments. At Victory Church, I supervised groups of 10 to 25 children and supported their safety, emotional well-being, and smooth transitions for families. I engaged kids in age-appropriate learning, play, and enrichment activities that encouraged early social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Through my work with YELLS, I strengthened my ability to manage groups, support emotional regulation, and lead structured academic and SEL activities. I bring empathy, clear communication, and reliable supervision to every childcare setting.
