Lauren

Hello! My name is Lauren. Once I graduated college, I began working as a RBT (behavioral tech for autistic children), and have been since 2017. I have worked with many families and schools, as well as gained many reoccurring families and schools throughout my years of working on and off this app. In that, I have experience with children from 4mo. - 12yrs.; with the ability to also sit multiple children at once. I have additional experience with children who have other special needs such as ADHD, down syndrome, CP, etc. as well. I'm an artist and an outdoors person. I love to tap into creativity as well as connect to nature. I love to play games and make things fun, as well as to be able to teach life lessons, when they present themselves, in a fun way. In caring for siblings, I am also experienced and understand sibling dynamics, as I'm the oldest of 3. So I would be able to, and have had experiences with sibling conflict and resolution. Lastly, I also have experience with children (age 3+) swimming.
