Hi, I'm Jess! I have over 10 years of experience supporting children and families through home visiting, case management, and child development programs. My experience spans infancy through high school-aged youth, giving me a strong understanding of children's developmental needs at every stage. I currently work in maternal and child health as a supervisor supporting families with young children. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, heard, and encouraged to be themselves. Whether we're playing, learning, exploring their interests, or simply following their routine, I strive to create a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive and parents can feel confident that their little ones are in caring, capable hands. I am trauma-informed, dependable, patient, and committed to building positive, meaningful connections with every family I work with.
