Hello, i’m Ingrid Sackey and I’m currently a student at Georgia State. Growing up in a large family, caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. From a young age, I helped raise and look after my younger siblings, cousins, and the children of my parents' friends. These experiences taught me patience, responsibility, adaptability, and the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children of all ages. Over the years, I have gained extensive hands-on childcare experience, from supervising daily activities and helping with homework to preparing meals, organizing fun activities, and ensuring children's overall well-being. I am also a polyglot and speak multiple languages, which allows me to communicate effectively with diverse families and introduce children to different cultures and languages when appropriate. In addition to childcare, I have always been actively involved in sports and extracurricular activities, which has helped me develop strong leadership, teamwork, time-management, and problem-solving skills. I enjoy encouraging children to stay active, be creative, and build confidence through engaging and educational activities. I am CPR and First Aid certified, providing families with added peace of mind knowing that I am prepared to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. I take the safety, health, and happiness of every child very seriously and pride myself on being dependable, mature, and highly capable. As a nanny, I am committed to creating a positive, supportive, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I am extremely competent when it comes to caring for children and understand the trust that families place in their caregivers.
