Zinya

My name is Zinya Dorson. I have years of experience caring for children as a nanny, where I developed strong skills in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I also studied Early Childhood Education before enlisting in the military, which gave me a solid foundation in child development and age-appropriate care. I am currently serving in the U.S. Navy, where I have strengthened my leadership, communication, organization, and ability to remain calm under pressure. In addition, I am certified through the American Red Cross in CPR and First Aid, allowing me to respond confidently in emergency situations. I am passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and well-being. I am dependable, patient, and committed to creating a positive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.
