My name is LaShanda Williams, and I am a dedicated early childhood education professional with over 25 years of experience in childcare. I currently hold my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and have proudly served with my current employer for the past 16 years. Throughout my career, I have worked with children of all age groups, providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports their growth and development. In addition to classroom teaching, I have taken on a variety of responsibilities, including safely transporting children as a bus driver, preparing nutritious meals as a cook, and assisting with administrative duties as an office assistant. I am dependable, hardworking, and committed to supporting children, families, and fellow staff members.
